Change Your Plan

1. Sign in to your account via my.vrtly.ai

2. Go to Settings > Subscriptions

3. Select Edit plan

Upgrading Your Plan

• Takes effect immediately.

• New features unlock right away.

• You will be credited for the unused time on your current plan.

• You will be charged a prorated amount on the new plan.

Downgrading Your Plan

• Takes effect at the end of your billing period.

• Your current plan stays active until then.

Switching from Monthly to Annual Billing

• Monthly → Annual
  Starts immediately and billed upfront.
  Any unused time on your monthly plan is applied as a credit.

• Annual → Monthly
  Takes effect at the end of your current term.
